I'm definitely pro extended pair parental leave having said that I kept BFing for 10 months after returning to work but she had forumla during the day because I had trouble expressing -------------

I think extra paid leave would be a great idea. A lot of women woudl be preassured to return to work once you are no longer paid. Especially at a time when you have more expenses than before. ------------- Mattias 2yo Henrik almost 1 |

When I work (just casual teacher relieving, I've only done 3 days so far!) MIL brings Coop up for a feed. It works out well as I get to have cuddles with him too!!!
