OK so I could *maybe* be persuaded to go with a fitted/soaker combo for night, and I already have some bummis covers as well, but where do I start? I've never used fitteds before.

I want something that isn't too expensive, that won't take too long to dry (so maybe a fold out booster or something?) and that will last all night. I'm thinking of getting them 2 each so would need to be able to get them dry within 24 hours to have them ready for the next night.

I'm looking at the Aussienanas soakers on Scamps, they are funky and reasonably priced, and would either use them with or without the bummis covers.

I've got the Tots Bots Bamboozles (these are bamboo and have a fold out booster) and though I've just started using them I really like them.

Emma, you must have read my mind, I have been thinking about using something other than pockets at night, was just going to post the same sort of question, I have never used a fitted, and don't want to spent lots of $$$ so would only want to get 2 or 3 naps....

I use a cutibums on DD during the day with a bummis cover, I love their prints! She lasts well with just the fold out soaker, but it came with two boosters as well. It's probably my favourite fitted, might try it overnight actually. It definitely dries within 24 hours for us, best drying fitted I've found so far.
I've used bamboo fitteds but found they take ages to dry so gave up on them. Also prefer fitteds with a stay dry layer sewn on, being a pocket girl I'm not used to DD having wet next to her skin and don't like it.
That said, I like the trimness of the organic cotton dream-eze nappies, and their colours are so nice. I think it would need boosting for overnight, however.

We use the nightime NapNaps with Jack, and use their extra insert as well. They are great and one nappy lasts him all night. They dry pretty fast too. Not sure how they compare cost-wise as we never really did much shopping around, they were just the ones that suited us best at the Parent and Child Show
