Stupid stupid teens decided it would be funny to have a toddler smoke some weed and video tape it... Poor child, they show a portion of the video in the attached news story.

 I have had a few "friends" (many years ago) who found it funny to get their cat stoned... which was bad enough, but a toddler???-------------
