Gabriel came home from kindy with an invite for a 5th birthday party from one of his kindy friends.. first time ever, so quite exciting.
It is at chimpumks and it has a start time but no finish time so do i have to stay there with him or do i leave him with the parents.? and if i dont leave him i'll have to figure out what to do with the other one too!

Also, and i hope this doesnt sound weird or stupid or ignorant, but it is an indian name and i have never met the kid and dont know if it is a boy or girl? and gabriel isnt very helpful with the info, nor is my husband who picked him up from kindy today! So what do i do about that?

Is there a phone number on the invite? When you RSVP I would ask.

Parties that Nyah has been to at Chipmunks/Lollipops we have made contact with the mother and then she's given us a pick up time.

Also maybe ask the teachers who the child is!

Yeah I was going to say, ask the teachers to point him/her out next time you're doing the kindy run.

I would ask the teacher who the child is and then when you RSVP ask if you should stay or not.

I've had parties at Chipmunks for my kids and they have also been to heaps of others.
I'd just ask the Mum when you RSVP. If you do decide to leave him give the mum your cell phone number. I aways ask for them "just in case" not that I've ever had to use them.

You can always take Toby and buy him a treat when the others go to the party room for their food. Then you can have a coffee or something as well.
