Does anyone know what is in Milo? It does actually say on the label (on the tin at least) whether it has dairy (I presume so), gluten, etc... Anyone know?

Definitely has milk solids, and it doesnt look like it has gluten in it, but not 100% sure.

okay so the ingredients list on the side of the milo pack says

Extract of malted barley and rice and/or barley plus
soy lecithin

my girlfriend who is gluten intolerant cant have these stuff, and curses not being able to have milo because of it.

she drinks the cadbury drinking chocolate...(which has less sugar than milo in it...and isnt as sweet)

The Cadbury one is dairy free too, or at least it used to be.
