Well i am almost ready to have number two, i am booked for a c-section in two weeks.
My midwife and GP are concerned about me as for two reasons.......
1, it turns out i had a dose of what could have been PND with my first but tried to deal with it myself.
2, my younger brother recently and very tragicallly passed away, i am devastated

I just wanted to say hi, and i have a feeling i may around a little.

It's good you are being monitored so well.

That's so sad about your brother. I'm so sorry.

Oh gosh, so sorry about your brother.
Being aware of pnd and having your midwife look out for you is great. Try to think of things that would have helped you first time around, and see if u can put some extra supports in place.
I think Ive heard that pnd is more common after the first 3 months,..once things have settled in to a routinue etc,...so try to put some long term help in place,...a bit of time out etc.
