Just for excitement the 16th is Capreces birthday.
Who would be keen for a night time thing? I was thinking we start a wee craft group or something where we could knit/scrapbook/cross stitch or just for a chat? I don't mind having it at my house once a fortnight or whatever. |

I too am having to do the sucky thing of pulling out for tonight and am really pipped off about it!!!
DH just rang and said he has to back into work tonightfor a conference call to America (or was it England??) and to set some more tests running or something. He feels really bad though 'cos he knows I was really looking forward to tonight and tried to get them to put it off till tomorrow but the customer wants it asap. On the upside he said he will take me to movies this weekend, but still I was really looking forward to seeing you all. Anyway 'spose it's just as well, Rohann's cold has turned viral, and she has a nasty viral rash (had to take her to Doc to confirm this as apparently there is a bout of measels going around chch at the mo particularly this side of town - but it's not thankgoodness!). But book me in for the next one, as I've got my wine (and I had baked and everything) and my craft is ready to go!! Although now that I think about it, I may have to buy another bottle as I'm not sure this one will last until the next meet up

I'm trying to see if I can rustle up a sitter, but in-laws are busy tonight, and with her not 100% well not sure who else to leavwe her with. I have to say poor DH was really dreading telling me (I must be a real monster!!), and felt just awful 'bout it.

I have a box of wine glasses here that get carted evrywhere so will bring them! You don't need to bake as you are supplying the venue...
Tiff, do you have a front pack? Send her into work with DH! Hehehe, so not practical but would be very funny when he rocked on up, the boss might think twice about doing the same thing next time. -------------

Hi all, Well it was lovely to meet you all last night, i had a great time chatting very nice to get out and talk to other people besides the kids lol. Well i got home and my daughter was still up she had been screaming and miserable since i left, so we got her into bed with us at 11pm and she woke at 1.30am vomiting everywhere, we finally got her back to bed at 5am so i very tired today.
