Does anyone have a dairy and egg free cake/muffin recipe?

I've got one for chocolate cake but it is a huge recipe and makes a lot more than I need.

Anyone got a banana cake recipe?

Thanks.

Emma has a good banana muffin recipe. I make the choc cake recipe,...make it in mini muffin tins and freeze,..they defrost really well, can even just heat them in microwave if u cant wait to defrost. That u wont have to bake as often! Isla has a bag in the freezer at daycare for when the other kids are having 'regular' brithday cake. And I take Isla frozen ones when we go to birthday parties. I usually deorate a few and take for her so them look yum too!

Have bumped recipe threads for u in that section too.

My family's favourite - chocolate cupcake, so easy that children do it themselves

First bowl contain
3 cup of flour
2 cup of sugar
half cup cocoa (ensure it is milk free)
2 tsp bic of soda
1 tsp salt
then mix well

Second Bowl contain
2 cup of water
1 cup of canola oil
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Add dry ingredients by spoonfuls into wet ingredients, mix well till all blended.
Transfer into jug for easy pouring.
fill paper cases up to 3/4 then add milk-free chocolate drops on the top
Bake in oven at 180'C for approx 17mins.

I got chocolate birthday cake recipe if you want.
