Potato starch flour
tapioca flour bean flour xanthan gum Can you able to tell where did I get these flours from? I am struggling to find them apart from rice flour are easy get hold of. I know I may have to a special trip to christchurch city or get it delivery if they offer delivery, but I don't know where to start... any tips please? Thank you! |

I get my xantham gum from woolworths and the other flours from commonsense organics. Bin Inn also does a good range of gluten free products. eta: xantham and guar gum are the same thing (or do the same thing) so if you can't find it labelled as xantham just grab some guar gum -------------
