Thoasmina and I were talking and she cant make a tuesday(when we normally have it) so is free 21st for a meetup..is anyone else keen?:) not sure what time..

I might have to come and add to the chaos again Sorry when I have to pay attention to the 2 of them sometimes its hard to be social so I was gutted I didn't get to stay long last time  Hopefully this time they'll behave a bit better.
I have to feed the girls around 11am so me coming depends on what time your having it? -------------

The earliest I could do is 12 it takes me about an hour to feed the girls and get them in the car lol. I could start them early at 1030? but don't work around me as I said the girls live to be difficult and I hardly ever get to stay for long so I can work around you guys. -------------

most new mums want early in the day lisa:) lol... just pick a time and we will fit around it.. E sleep 9-1030 and about 1-300 but we can try to shift it if we need to:) (trying that today we will see how it goes:) so what time would be best for you lisa?or we could come to you? ------------- Mum to two amazing boys! |

I can make it work I'll just shuffle their feeds they'll live Whatever time suits you guys I can't make a solid comitment anyway with the girls teething outings have suddenly become more difficult but you guys organise something and I'll be keen to try and make it -------------

Haha an undecisive crowd huh? Yeah they have been mostly ok but can get a little grumpy on outings at the mo not sure if its the teeth or they're just going through a clingy faze.
Right I'm taking action how about 11? Does that suit everyone its on our feed time but I'll feed early and try to make it. -------------

Should be all good I might be closer to 1130 by the time I get there I'll feed them an hour early that way they should be happy with full bellys, won't hurt them -------------

lol either my house(papanui) or friends...which is a great cafe(cashel street) ...brilliant for older kids ... but if we are having all the other babies my house probably better unless you guys don't mind going to the cafe?

Well they got the blood work back and the good news is it wasn't a heart attack Looks like an angina (sorry can't spell) attack. No damage done to her heart they have her on a treadmill today hopefully she'll be home this afternoon.
I'm gonna stay home by the phone anyway just in case. The same thing happen to my Dad last year only once they got him on the treadmill they found all sorts of problems and he ended up in surgery that day getting a stent put in
But count me in for the next meet up -------------

that is really scary stuff, but thankgoodness it wasn't a heart attack, angina is still really bad tho, but it can be controlled and monitored fairly well these days can't it? gosh that is scary. fingers crossed she will be home today and feeling better.
Im all good with any day except a monday or tuesday -------------

Hey, I should be able to make it next Wednesday.
Morning is better for me as Spencer has his nap after lunch. Or could do later afternoon. Anytime in the morning should be fine, Kyle doesn't have a routine, unless you count feeding constantly as a routine  -------------

Sweet so who is still coming tomorrow? the man is coming to get my car at 1130 so he needs to be able to get out..so there's space for one car up the drive

Hello, I would love to come to one of these meetups one day, but alas there always seems to be something going on (tomorrow my SIL is over from Brisbane).
But I did want to mention that I found a child-friendly cafe down the road from myself, went there yesterday. Its right by Waimari Beach on Beach Rd (I think its called Beachside Cafe??) and they had a closed off (and shaded) area for the younger kids, a place to tie up your dog (!) and small tables and chairs for the older kids. Only thing was the food was a little on the pricey side (I had eggs benedict for $16 and iced chocolate for $6) but the food/drink was beautiful. i've been past there shell.....it looks really nice and a great set-up. ny nana has been there a few times and said it's expensive but the food is really good!

We have been there too and its lovely, it was a cold day when we went and it was quite busy so we ended up outside in the cold but toher than that its great for wee ones.
I feel really bad cos I always seem to pull out but we are visiting daycare tomorrow

I'll be there I'm thinking about baking that carrot cake thats on the recipes thread. So if I get motivated enough I might make it and bring some I made it a few weeks ago and it was divine!
