From memory I think I started around 4 weeks. I may have worn him a bit earlier than that just at home to help settle him. That was in a front pack.

I was carrying JJ around home in a sling from about 2-3 weeks, didn't even think about it really, maybe I should have! I didn't get my Moby wrap until he was a couple of months old but I think it would have been fine pretty much straight away because of the way the weight is distributed.

Almost right away for the sling - the baby pack was about 4 weeks I think.

I thought about  this and decided how was it any different to carrying my baby in my arms....put him in the front pack and was fine. slightly sore back because I carried him too much.  Man it reminded me of being pregnant again.

I never used a sling or pack. But I was carrying the girls and their capsules from around 4 weeks. I was naughty though because your not suppose to for the first 12 weeks. I guess evrryones healing time is different.
