My daughter has just turned three and still has cradle cap over the front part of her head and the sides, above her ears.

She doesn't like having her hair washed very much and she has fairly fine hair that doesn't get greasy so we tend to just use hot water in the shower, which keeps it looking clean, instead of shampoo.

I'm wondering if anybody has any ideas for getting rid of it completely.

Thanks heaps

Hi, my boy still has cradle cap too. I found aqueous cream good, you can use it like shampoo, but it does make the hair look greasy.

Apparently washing with baking soda is suppose to do the trick but I've never got round to trying it.

my son has what i thought was cradle cap for ages. i tried all the traditional techniques to get rid of it, but turns out it is psoriasis - so all that was probabloy irritating it. might want to get it checked out first

in saying that, DS1 had cradle cap after three that definitely was cc and not p, so could still be
