Ever since baby no.2 has come along my girls have been in a double stroller and the single pram went back into storage in the garage. Only problem is the house we lived in didn't have proper insulation and the garage got quite damp over winter and now the pram fabric is all covered in mold. Does anyone have any tips on how I could remove the mould with products that won't be harmful for baby? I'm going to be reverting back to the single pram soon as my oldest likes walking now and it looks kinda silly pushing a double pram with just one baby in it Any ideas or tips would be appreciated ------------- http://lilypie.com">  http://lilypie.com">

I firstly just washed with warm water and a cloth, then let it fully dry in the sun. Did that again, but with a scrubbing brush this time. Repeated that until the mould was gone, then sprayed some fabric deodoriser on it (not anywhere that baby is - I covered those areas) but just on the sides. That helped with the musky smell.
You might still end up with some spots you can see from different angles but that should wear away over time. |

Vinegar is the bestest thing ever. I would spray white vinegar al over it - which will kill the mould and deoderise it as well as help remove stains. After you have sprayed it - you may want to scrub it with warm soapy water and then spray it again. But it kills mould dead. ------------- http://lilypie.com">   [/url]

i washed mine with disenfectant and it seem to get it all. and left it smelling nice.
