I work part time - I like long walks on the beach and candle lit dinners. But really (-: I'm 33yo. We moved from Glenfield to Hillrest only a few weeks ago, am loving it here. |

Na Melnel havn't started it, I thought i'd leave it until R was 1 then I thought I did 9 months worth of herbs with no change to ovulation so not sure what to do...was thinking of going back on Metformin once I finish BFíng but I dont know lol might just leave it till I'm not BFíng anymore and then go to the doc and see.... good to know it hasn't effected your suply tho (just incase I do decide to just do it lol) ------------- http://lilypie.com">

Vitex is for OV then to help get pregnant is that right?
I've only been on the Shore about 3.5yrs, DH grew up here and swore by it "its a better way of life" rah rah rah. Thats so cool you got a BFP 3mths before IVF noodle, I've heard of that happening a few times. |

Vitex helps balance out female hormones.
Its great for PMT, I have NO bloating while I am taking vitex. I take it because I have a slight oestrogen dominance which makes me ovulate late in my cycle and it balance out the oestrogen and get my ov sooner... Im from Aussie and my DH is a Shore Boy, which is why we are here at the moment. -------------

542 east coast road mairangi bay, go along sinset road to far end turn left go along east coast till you see mcdonalds on left immediately turn left beside mcd's cafe is in same building as church behind mcd's It is a proper cafe duringthe week with playground and all, and at weekend used by church as there coffee area. Hi Shore Mum's! There's a couple of these threads going now, so how bout we put them together and come up with a regular day to meet? E.g. Second Weds of every month. Reply if you're keen and let me know any days you can't do on a regular basis and I'll see what I can arrange.
