I am going to try and make http://www.pbs.org/everydayfood/baking/recipes/icebox_shortbread.html - Icebox Shortbread . The recipe calls for 1 cup (or 2 sticks) of butter. How much would this be in grams? I don't fancy trying to squish butter into my cup measure

I use http://www.onlineconversion.com/cooking.htm - this site when I need to convert stuff.
