What kinds of days/times suit you? I'm not sure how many in total there are, but there is Kate and her twins. Babyg, Solgirl, Trudzmum (and I am sure i have the user name spelled wrong, lol sorry), and some others as well.) and she mentioned another mum due in august I think? My memory is shot... but I know there are others too lol. It's always going to be tricky finding a time that suits, but hopefully we'll figure something out ------------- ~Cassie~

well appart from friday morning's I am easy durinh school time my best day is a tuesday, si where should we do this? there is chipmonks but they are pretty pricy, I happy with even the park depending on the weather.

Me!! I'm keen!!! Prefer not Monday/Friday, just cos I work those two days....and don't mind what time as long as someone is keen to hold a bottle if it's around feed time 
As for where...I have no idea on kid friendly places...park sounds good though, if it's fine. There are a few other mums etc as well...some are in South Taranaki but might be keen to come up...Madiandme is one I can think of off the top of my head. |

well how about we do a tuesday if that suits everyone at Macca's that way the kids can play in the playground and we can still get good coffee. maybe say 2 week's from tomorrow that gives time for other's to see this as well. what do you think's its only an idea. -------------

that is the time and day of our Mainly Music term breakup.....but can do that time if suits everyone else..... Wednesdays are the best at the moment as no activities and no Afternoon Kindy....

I work the worst hrs for get togethers like these Deb, 9.30 till 1.30. But you guys just work out a time that suits you (prefer not a Fri) and I'll see if I can change my work hrs that day closer to the time.

Chipmunks can get expensive. With my 2 it was like $16.50 last time I think and then they always (well, my 5 yr old at least) want food. I think if its school holidays it won't matter where we go it'll probably be busy. Though I think I'd opt for before school holidays start personally, it can get pretty chaotic out lol.

Chipmonks is $6.90 for under 1-3 year olds and $9.90 for older, up to 1 is free

I'm keen. Depending on my boys arrival of course..If I can't make the 1st I would be very keen for future meet ups
Wednesdays are out for me too as I have a bible study class.. Also I have MW on the 24th, 31st and 7th at 1:30pm All these are on Wednesdays anyway lol. Apart from that I'm free, I don't do anything but twiddle my thumbs all day

how about we go for thursday morning this week at around 10am - the playground at Kaweroa if it's fine enough, and McD's if it's rainy. We can check in here in the morning for some kind of decision. This way hopefully Trudz can make it before her wee boy arrives!

We've just been at the pool and it was overcast and a bit windy but no rain. Lily was quite disappointed she didn't get to go on the swings as we walked to the car so hopefully she will tomorrow :)

Gee, I have no idea what the weather will do! I'm really bad at predicting... it might not rain, but then again it might! One of those 'maybe' days. I think we're only meant to get showers, but its anyone guess when that will happen.

Psh, Lauren woke up at 5am and we've been up since! She always does this on mornings where there are things happening.... I'm pretty sure she'll last the distance, though i might end up bribing her something yum at McD's. Man it's been ages since I have been there!

If I can get my dog barking under control in the next couple week I'm happy to have people here. She's kind of big and loud and gets terribly excited when new people come, and scares the crap out of most people but if I can get her to stop barking I can leave her outside and it'll be fine! Will keep you posted.
The fun thing about so many of us being pregnant is that there will be lots of new bubbas to cluck over! Has anyone heard how Trudie is doing? I haven't seen her on the boards the last couple days so I'm gonna assume that her pre-labour went somewhere. I hope she's doing okay! ------------- ~Cassie~

Nope still very pregnant here unfortunatly been busy with last minute AN classes all weekend. And not having the energy to be bothered posting lots hehe.
Would be very keen for a meet up. But not until I have had my baby. I'm very uncomfortable at the moment lol. Thanks for thinking of me

haha - dogs AND mess? She tends not to shut up when people come around, even if I shut her outside. She *knows* there are people in there and she can't get to them, drives her nuts. Silly girl. it's kids more than adults I worry about - she's fantastic with them, but is big and loud which can freak them out a bit!

Lol we have a boxer dog and he thinks he's human and every one has come to visit him LOL
Anyhow - not sure how keen people are for a meet up in the school holidays but I am sure I can make an apperience depending on the day this time - would be lovely to meet some of you ladies from on here.
