yeah i am in spencerville.. lol.. so far far away:) but who knows maybe the baby would sleep.. he doesnt like to sleep any other time during the day..averages two hours a day lol..:)

LOL KA you got to stop changing your user name I can't keep up! Well I'm bummed I was hoping to find some people a little closer to my side of town :( I'm out in Southshore. I love the original coffee group but I can't do Weds anymore :(
Are there any CHCH Mommas on the sumner, Newbrighton, Southshore, Woolston side of town that want to do any days except Tues & Weds? LOL Complicated enough for you! -------------

I have no problem having it here. I'm always a fan of not having to move lol. but we are in Southshore so I'll understand if thats to much of a pain in the ass.
Otherwise we could do Eastgate Mall again. We've done it there before it has the indoor playground upstairs which is great for the older kids. -------------

Im out this week but next week I could possibly do. Im in redwood though and we don't have a car so will need to catch 2 buses to get to eastgate. will have to see what type of mood the boys are in!

Northlands is closer for me too. I can do anyday next week except for Tuesday.
Youngmommy - don't worry about age. I'm 24 (same as the other Lisa) and I've got an almost 3 month old. but age doesn't matter. We all have something in common... we are all mums (or mums to be) and that's all that matters. I don't think anyone here is shallow enough to judge someone for being younger than 20. I know plenty of people who had babies quite young and they are just as good at being mums as the rest of us. So do come along. This being a mum thing is hard yakka at times, you need all the support you can get I hope to meet you at one of the catch ups one day.-------------

Yea, my cousin had 4 kids by the time she was 25!! 
Hehe KA, I'm just lazy. Isla sleeps thru the night and wakes at 7 so I feed her/change her then have her back in bed just before 8am so I go back to bed too till she wakes up. Have been staying up from 7am lately tho cause otherwise I get nothing done! See you all on Thursday, where bouts in Northlands are we meeting? I have a friend coming over to my place at 1pm so will have to leave by 12ish. -------------

cool.. hopefully myy little one wont melt down..he has a habit of not sleeping when he should and melting down when we are at peoples houses though maybe the mall will make him distracted and I can eat sushi...yummmmm:) ummm as for where.. food court i guess? theres no play area :( I know Lisa(with twins) and trish and would prob recognise lisa with Isla as well..and really you cant miss me:) ------------- Mum to two amazing boys! |

Well I'm not very organised so I don't know what I'll be wearing but I'm tallish and have brown shoulder length hair - will either be curly (natural) or straight, depending on how much time I have in the morning lol. I have a brown Steelcraft 4-wheeler tho so that might give me away. -------------

I think I'm going to give it a miss. The girls have had a sleepless night and with no playground I know I'll spend the entire time chasing my monsters around the foodcourt lol. They don't so well in sitting situations -------------

Was good to meet you ladies today! Sorry I was so late! I'm not the most punctual person in the world.... even worse now I have to get Isla ready as well! Didn't help that the builder we've been waiting on for weeks decided he'd finally turn up on our doorstep unannounced this morning! Oh well, I got there in the end. Anyone keen for another meetup this coming week? Thursday or Friday is better for me as its pay week. Don't really mind where as long as it's not a long bus ride
people are welcome here too. we have a toys, a sofa to sit on, a jug for instant coffee or tea or there is a coffee shop about 100meters down the road where we could get a real one - they have a few toys for kids too. otherwise where else is kid friendly? |

mmm ok so I noticed a bit of a rash on adele last night and thought it was just a heat rash, but its still there this morning so now I don't know! I rang the doctors and the only time they could fit me in was 10.15! so if its nothing I will come after but if it is anything I won't be able to make it
