Well I've done an accidental dairy challenge on C!
I gave him his big sisters unwanted Milo with rice milk. I didn't read the packet & didn't even consider, until after he drank it, that it might contain dairy! I had to go to supermarket to check! He vomited straight away & that's when I went DOH, then after the night from hell, he's had the worst poo & the nappy rash! I feel so sorry for wiping his bum. I feel like the worst Mum & I usually always check packets & if there isn't a packet I don't give him the food. ------------- Kel http://lilypie.com">

oh no!! totally sympathise! we tried some cheese and same thing and 5 days later she still has blisters on her bum!!! -------------
