Well I've done an accidental dairy challenge on C!

I gave him his big sisters unwanted Milo with rice milk. I didn't read the packet & didn't even consider, until after he drank it, that it might contain dairy! I had to go to supermarket to check!

He vomited straight away & that's when I went DOH, then after the night from hell, he's had the worst poo & the nappy rash! I feel so sorry for wiping his bum.

I feel like the worst Mum & I usually always check packets & if there isn't a packet I don't give him the food.

His bum is still not right this morning! Will be interesting to see how long til we get some formation again!

oh no!! totally sympathise! we tried some cheese and same thing and 5 days later she still has blisters on her bum!!!
