Just wondering how many of you still get pain from your c-section from time to time? It's not really the scar itself but more internally?? I have really noticed it this week as have had a cold so have been coughing a lot and every time I cough my insides kind of tug?? It's really hard to describe!
I also get this feeling that I can't really describe any other way than a "twang" like a rubber band. It almost feels like those early kicks in pregnancy! I was thinking it's maybe just scar tissue/adhesions?? Anyone else? Oh and DS is 14.5mths old. -------------

Yep I still get pain/discomfort around mine, but inside, especially around ovulation and AF.
I find a heatsack on there helps  Ive had 2 CSections.------------- |

I did, dont really count it now as its being stretched in there, but found massage helped as it helps break down the scar tissue.... also working out those bikini line muscles helped to, I am guessing the stronger muscles helped to protect the area??? -------------
