Hey ladies,

Thought I would start a new place to share our non scale victories!

My victory of the day;

I am pretty stoked as I seem to have had a real jump in my fitness levels... it turns out I can skip for aaaaaages now without getting puffed at all....

Next goal - replace 'normal' skipping with all double unders and still not get puffed.... hmmmm!

I wore a top I bought yrs ago that has hung in my wardrobe taunting me...its a lovely spring white soft cotton shirt with a few tiny pastel embroidered flowers splashed on it...& the buttons don't bulge...right now to work at the other ones in the wardrobe.....I can't wait to ware my OLD...NEW clothes

He he, i am the same as you Jazzy can't wait to fit my new old clothes. I have one pair of knee length jean shorts that are my fave and it's like my goal to get back into them.

My usual jog/run is getting easier and i feel stronger. Weight seems to stay the same but i know i am fitter and a little smaller as my jeans are a little looser round the butt. Just wish my tummy would pi** off

*sigh* if only i could keep the boobs and loose the butt hehe

Ooh I knew there was a thread about non-scale victories.

So I've got a couple of small ones:
* When doing crunches I can lift my head and shoulders marginally higher
* When I bend over to pick something off the floor my jeans no longer dig in and restrict my movement

Looking forward to more!!!

Oh I just thought of another, though not sure if it's a good one or not ...

My $70 sports bra I bought 5 weeks ago is no longer supportive as it's too big!

I did 11.5 on my beep test 2 weeks ago - a huge jump from 6 on my last beep test, 40 push ups and 40 full sit ups, up from about 20 each. Got another lot of testing on the 16th so will be interesting to see results from there (this will be after running first half marathon)
oooh and my sz 14 skinny jeans keep requireing hitching up!

I went to buy a new pair of jeans, and was so proud being able to try on a size smaller and they fitted so perfectly.
Such an awesome feeling!
