If anyone has a number '1' cake tin they are able to sell to me please PM me!!
There's one on trademe, but it's $35 and I'm only going to be using it once, so if anyone has one in their cupboard collecting cobwebs I would be very grateful to buy it/loan it off you. Thank you!!  -------------

Do you have a shop close by that loans them out?
Our local shop loans them out for a few days for $5, you need to pay$10 deposit but that gets returned to you. Maybe ask around your local bakeries etc -------------

You can make a number one from two rectangle cake tins. Use one for the upright part of the 1 and the other goes across the bottom. Cut a corner (triangle) off the upright part to make the 'sticky out' bit at the top. Get my drift?  ------------- |

The australian womens weekly cake book has a guide on how to make all numbers from a plain square or round cake, if you pm your addy ill copy it and post it to you that way youll have all the ages
