No I'm not pregnant but just asking the question 
Is Zumba safe to do while pregnant? I know you wouldn't go as hard out like you would do if your not pregnant. |

Not sure, I wouldn't take it up if you were pregnant but I don't see why you couldn't carry on if you were. Just take it low impact & don't do any twisting cause your ligaments are soft. ------------- Kel http://lilypie.com">

The good thing with zumba is you can adapt it to suit what you feel comfy with. I've recently stopped going though as I can't keep up any more and found I'm getting short of breath  . ------------- http://alterna-tickers.com">
