At what stage can you resume exercise to tone up and lose weight post c-section? I am very keen to lose my tummy this time but have never really been into exercise anyway! Was wondering about some of the gentler exercises on Wii fit or something? Keen to hear what others have done or found they were able to do.

I only walk but I started back when my daughter was 5wks old though some days I had to take a break cos I was sore you just have to listen to your body. Congrats on your new little baby

Just take it easy, your body will tell you when you do too much. try not to do to many stretching movements for a while. Walking is a great start, and that way you can build up to doing more. After having a c-sect it takes longer to get rid of your tummy as all your muscles have been cut, just takes a bit longer.
