I made http://www.radionz.co.nz/genre/recipes/pumpkin-loaf - this at the weekend and it was lovely. I would reduce the amount of nutmeg though. I made a double batch and first filled a tray of mini muffins with batter and put half a piece of 70 % cocoa chocolate into the centre of each muffin. The rest went into a loaf in. I baked them simultaneously, but took the muffins out after 20 minutes.
