I really like the Size 1 Little Lamb liners...they're nice and thick, stuff just rolls off, they're lovely and soft and wash up like new.

I make my own. Buy some microfleece material from greenbeans and cut it like an hour glass. No sewing required as it doesn't fray. Otherwise I think chic cheeks have started selling some called 2ndskin. It is cheaper to make your own though.
I'm about to buy some more matieral so I can cut some smaller for my ittis.
