Subject: Greeting Neocate bottle clean!

My 5 month old has just recently started on Neocate full time for his eczema. I was wondering if anyone has any tips on getting bottles clean! I tried what they said on there website and soaked them in baking soda each time but I'm still getting those brown flecks/smears. Any tips most appreciated!!!

It's ick isn't it. Basically I use a cloth to wipe inside the bottle rim & then use a brush to clean inside. Not sure if advanced is easier to clean off than infant though ??
