Hey all
I couldn't live without my iPhone during the nighttime feeds at the moment, and have also been listening to a lot of podcasts when out & about with the pram while DS2 is sleeping. Would be keen to get any recommendations for cool apps/podcasts.
I'll go first:
Apps
Stuff
Radio NZ
HuffPost
Economist (free version just gives you the Editors picks but better than nothing)
TIME mobile (similarly just a selection of articles in the free version)
Facebook
FAIL Blog
SudokuKiller (I know, I'm a nerd but I'm addicted to this game!)
MyFitnessPal (awesome weightloss tool, you keep a diary of your food/exercise and it makes various calculations for you)
MapMyRun - great for seeing how far you've walked when out with the pram!
Jamie Oliver
Podcasts
This American Life
Here's The Thing (Alec Baldwin interviewing various people he thinks are interesting)
The Ellen DeGeneres Show In A Minute (video podcast, 2 min highlights from each show)
Real Time with Bill Maher (the complete audio from each show)
Friday Night Comedy from BBC Radio 4 (an amusing news quiz with various UK personalities taking part)
Stuff You Should Know
60 Minutes (audio of the US series)
And while I'm at it, this is what DS1 (aged 2.5) enjoys on the VERY rare occasions he is allowed near the phone:
Apps for Kids
Zoo Sounds
I Hear Ewe
AnimalChatter
(all are basically the same, they show a pic of an animal or something, say what it is and then play the sound it makes. I Hear Ewe has got planes/trains/automobiles etc as well as animals).
All the above apps & podcasts are free.
Any recommendations welcome :)

Cool, checking out few of those :-)
Enjoyed jumbline - word scramble game.
Harbor master - another fun time wasting game :-)
Trademe is handy,
New countdown app sounds great, but I'm a new world girl.
Love animal chatter!! Thanks for that!

If we talk about applications, then games are the most popular thing for me. But I give preference to those games that bring me money)) I mean one of the varieties of gambling - slots. It fits perfectly into the mobile gaming format. I chose https://true-bluecasino.com/" rel="nofollow - true-bluecasino.com . It has the largest number of games and good support at any time.
