So this is our 3rd cycle of Clomid, each month I have good estrogen, good lining, good follicle sizes/numbers and progesterone shows i ovulated but not pregnant, i know 3 isnt alot of cycles but the point of me doing fertility treatment is to help my luteal phase which hasnt improved since starting treatment. Have tried Clomid alone, Clomid with progesterone and this month Clomid/Ovidrel and Progesterone and so far results are just the same each month so my question is what other treatments have people had before going the next step and doing IVF? That would be a last resort but other than clomid im not sure what other treatments are avail? I will have an appt with specialist next month but until then would love to hear what other people have done?

I'm not sure what all the drugs were called (its been 4 years), so if this is what you have done forgive me. We tried clomid for years, first with the obgyn and then thru fert assoc. Then we did ovulation induction (OI) for a couple of years. It involved giving myself injections into my admomen and then triggering my ovulation with a diff injection once the levels were optimum. I responded erratically to the drugs, so they had to keep upping them each month to try and find the level that worked. DS came along on our last attempt at OI before IVF.
