So I had an u/s last week that finally showed one baby with a slow heartbeat at 5+6.
But they also found a second sac that was empty. I'm hoping that it's not vanishing twin
Syndrome and that, that sac is just slower developing that the first and next week there will be two heartbeats.
Has anyone experienced this before?? I'm loosing my mind 😞

5+6 is still very early even for a heart beat at all.
So it may be that one twin is a few days behind (say 5+3 and you wouldn't see a heart beat at all even if it's all normal)
Try not to stress (I know that's hard). When is your next scan?

I've been So stressed the past 3 weeks. I took a test on July 6th and then they measure me that early. By my lmp I should have been nearly 8 weeks. They told me they thought I was having a missed miscarriage and then the tell me there's two sacs. It's all very confusing and so hard to deal with it all. I have another scan in 3 days and I'll be 6+6 I wanted to wait a little longer but because I've been having bad cramps lmc wants it this week
