I'm currently Mom to a beautiful 4.5 month old baby. He's amazing!

During my pregnancy I was classified as high risk and was not advised to exercise, even being on hospital bedrest. Which means I sat around and ate and ate and ate.

29/f

Pre-pregnancy weight: 180 lbs
Post pregnancy: 240 lbs
Current weight: 218

I've never been the best eater - I've never really logged calories for an extended period of time (usually give up after a week) and exercise has never really been my thing.

I'm looking for advice on the best place to start. Sleep is often erratic still. I am not nursing, so I don't need to worry about that.

The hardest part for me is that my body just seems to hurt all the time. My joints, my muscles, some pinching pain, some achy. I feel like it is due to the added weight on my body and I'm ready to take it off.

I know, it's simple. Eat less, move more. So easy to say but proving to be very hard to do.
