Hello everyone, I would like to know your opinion and suggestions on what my options are and the best course of action before and after the settlement of the contract exchange.
The house still has some old wardrobe, appliances in the kitchen.
There are still a lot of old tires, rotten wooden piles, and cardboard boxes under the house.
Can I ask the seller to remove this garbage and unnecessary old appliances and cabinets?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think every seller has to clean his apartment before selling. How could anyone buy a property full of rubbish?
