I just got mine in the mail today and its fab! Heaps bigger than I thought. Its mainly baking, breads, snacks etc (not main meals) but also has a section on kids parties and christmas. There is a section at the start that shows you how to substitute and what with, avoiding cross-contamination, definitions etc. I really like that it has recipes like pastry, pizza bases, bread etc. Each recipe has very clearly displayed what it doesnt contain and variations of ingredients.

I pinched Katherine's copy, am an expert with dairy/egg free recipes from having Maya, but am keen to try some of the wheat free ones with the gremlins, just need to make a trip to Huckleberry Farms to get some flour substitutes (and figure out what the heck to use instead of cornflour for the child who is allergic to corn  ) -------------  Maya Grace (28/02/03)
