I'm 6dpo (although FF says 7dpo, but based on my temp drop I estimate Ov a day later, same as last month too) and I'm not feeling anxious or excited this month for a change. I think I'm just used to disappointment now so I don't want to symptom spot or get my hopes up so I'm just waiting to think about bfp/bfn until I start spotting or become late. I'm not sure when af is due as my luteal was always 8dpo, but last month it was weird and it was around 10 days (although I had spotting and light flow for 4 days before af started fully). Just thought I'd check in and share how I'm going this tww. Who else is in the tww and are you testing soon?

I'm in 2ww too think around 4 dpo. Had a funny cycle though. Ovulated later I think and I also have a short literal phase to will know in about 5 days if I'm successful or not

Good luck everyone in tww and coming up to ov.
Seaview I think you should test again. If negative my other thoughts are possible functional cyst which could account for the cramping and late af. Also there is no given rule on how soon you start to bleed after a chemical, but it would be worth testing and maybe getting a blood test done.

Thanks Kazper, I was wondering about cyst, ectopics and the like. Although most likely af will arrive soon. Maybe I will contact my midwife tomorrow and ask her opinion, just to have a plan if af doesn't show.
Exciting NZVeggie!

does anyone know how a vomiting bug around the time of implantation might affect getting pregnant? Mine started around 7/8 dpo...

Sorry to hear you are spotting Seaview.
Pugglesworth I do think having a bug would affect implantation. Hope the bug is short lived :)

Hi Ladies! Just wanted to introduce myself and ask a couple of questions? I'm so new to this, after 2 "accidental" babies I've never done the TTC thing before :) My fiance and I have decided we will probably start trying sometime in the next lil while but I'm going to start charting now as I have PCOS and my periods have been through crazy stages over the years so I would love to get an idea of whats actually going on down there haha. So I have an IUD thats not going to effect my ovulation though is it? I can still track etc? Also with tracking WHERE do I start? Good apps? Do I need to pee on a stick? take my temperature? Cervical Mucus? Wow so much to know about! Also should I be eating anything or taking anything? Any help would be so appreciated thanks so much

Hi. I use Fertility Friend app and it has an introdutory email lesson thing that teaches you all about charting. When I started I did CM, temping religiously, and opks from Baby4you, but now I know my cycles I still use opks and cm mostly, and just temp after ovulation to confirm temp rise. I only take folic acid incase I get pregnant (not for conception). Never had an IUD sorry.

Kumeroa - are you testing? I had 3 days of spotting but nothing today so I'm going to temp in the morning and if it's still high I will test. :-) Michelle, you have your study test tomorrow too right? Good luck everyone.

Hi Pugglesworth,
Yip have the study I am taking part in tomorrow morning, they do a pregnancy test in the morning, though I think I might be a bit early to show anything up if I was, though they say their tests are sensitive to 5 days after conception and I am 7DPO so might show up? Fx crossed for you too that your temp is still up and can test :)
