Hey ladies,

Thought I would start a new place to share our non scale victories!

My victory of the day;

I am pretty stoked as I seem to have had a real jump in my fitness levels... it turns out I can skip for aaaaaages now without getting puffed at all....

Next goal - replace 'normal' skipping with all double unders and still not get puffed.... hmmmm!

He he, i am the same as you Jazzy can't wait to fit my new old clothes. I have one pair of knee length jean shorts that are my fave and it's like my goal to get back into them.

My usual jog/run is getting easier and i feel stronger. Weight seems to stay the same but i know i am fitter and a little smaller as my jeans are a little looser round the butt. Just wish my tummy would pi** off

*sigh* if only i could keep the boobs and loose the butt hehe

Ooh I knew there was a thread about non-scale victories.

So I've got a couple of small ones:
* When doing crunches I can lift my head and shoulders marginally higher
* When I bend over to pick something off the floor my jeans no longer dig in and restrict my movement

Looking forward to more!!!

Oh I just thought of another, though not sure if it's a good one or not ...

My $70 sports bra I bought 5 weeks ago is no longer supportive as it's too big!
