I've hit a plateau and I can't get off it, I've lost just over 6kg so far since 1st August but I can break out of the 80's!

How did you get the weight loss moving again when you hit a plateau?

Tips? Success stories? Let me hear it

I had several.. basically you just need to change it up either with food or exercise. I got over all my plateau's and got to my goal weight so you can too

I have yet to experience a plateau (I didn't get far enough into my weightloss) but from what I've read about how others got over their plateau's it seems to be as Kebakat and Bizzy have said - make some changes to either diet or exercise and it seems to help kick it off again.

Best of luck hun, and well done on the loss so far!

Right so I've been doing a lot of weight/resistance training so I might try upping the cardio and going back to basics with my eating.

We'll see how that goes

Thanks ladies!
