US woman seeks sex change tax write off

Can you imagine the uproar if this was allowed to go through? Hundreds of people would suddenly be "charging" the Government for sex change operations so as to not cost the Govt (and taxpayers) far more by treating their alcoholism etc. Whatever!!

""The only way for me to be the real person I was in my mind was to have the surgery," she said."

I could also say that I'm a skinny person in a fat persons body - should I get a tax write-off for liposuction and tummy tucks too?

I hope they don't allow it. That would set a really bad precedent.

Pick me for that, and then I would also have them up for my big boobs, but they were small when I was younger.

I mean really some people you have to wonder.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!
