I'm keen for a list good motivator...sorry don't know how to make one just my current weight 77kg - goal weight 67 so lose 10kg by Christmas.

Having such a yucky day nothing going right and I tend to turn to food. I feel so bad as poor DD got bitten by a bumblebee top lip very swollen...

Wow Jazzy I read what you did, and then the time of your post 10.30am.....boy do you get a lot done in the morning!!! Great work!

So talking to my waxing lady today (needed the distraction of conversation..!) and she is seeing a Nutritionalist and she mentioned a few things like, eat lots of protien and no carbs for dinner. That sounded like a great easy tip, I might start trying that.

Anyone else got some easy tips?!?

lol, it was so light this morning & was rather organized that I had dinner(crock pot), beds, washing, shower, kitchen clean & dishwasher unloaded & re-stacked b'fast & lunches for 4 all done & out the door by 8.30am & then went for my walk at 9am after the school drop off. Next week we will be walking to school so I will be able to add extra kms as trying to get back up to what I was doing.

I went to a diet place yrs ago & lost heaps of weight. This was what I did...had fruit as much as I wanted for b'fast, lunch & dinner was protein or carbs (not mixed) & you always had a salad or veg..I can look for the info if you want.

smw85 - OK will do my two burpees tonight too.
Abs? I had them when I was doing kickboxing 3 mornings a week - it was awesome for the abs. But I was also in my 20s then, doing weights and yoga and cardio at the gym too, and about 50-52kgs. 2 c sections later I doubt I'll ever see them again! lol

lilfatty - yep thats the one. Wondering why I signed up now - since I've done nothing for months after a cough I just couldn't shake - and given that I hate running and all! hehe.

Jazzy list looks good. Thank you :)

I've got kids in bed. DH out at a meeting, need to do dishes and tidy up. I did well with food today I think but have not entered in MFP which was what I was doing in early winter. Going to start that tomorrow.

Going to do a minimum of 20 mins on exercycle tonight might need to give it a dust first I haven't been doing much exercise at all lately so its a start...

Oh very motivating with the list Jazzy.

Me = goal 70kg start 95kg now 80kg loss 15kg

Today I did my three burpees and boy they are hard! I also went for a 10km run pushing my boy in the stroller which is getting heavy and I realized is about 25kg in total I'm pushing. But did it in 1.01hr which is great.then I got the awesome runners high afterwards!

Need to work on my core, but finding the lack of carbs I've eaten during later part of the day are helping with that tight cutting in feeling in my stomach from my jeans, not so uncomfortable anymore. Ya!

Limochick, tankinis are a great invention! You must be lucky and not have many stretch marks. I will never be able to wear a bikini again... Lol
