Jazzy - when you find out what tummy exercises you need to do please let us know
SMW - yay for feeling better and yum sushi!! I agree with the running, it does really help. The apronectomy is where you get that flap removed. Mine is really bad cos I've had 3 c-sections and surgery recently which is a little bit higher it's hideous
My oldest son had his soccer prize giving this avo and we played a game of parents verse kids it was really fun. We are having fish'n chips for tea but I've worked out what I can have with my points. I was also supposed to get some new sneakers (I can't run in mine cos I keep getting injuries and blisters) this weekend but bills keep coming in

Awww no good that the new sneakers will have to wait.
Well done on all the walking (and jog) girls!!
charlotteandhuntersmummy --- I have the same problem with my DH -- he was home with a sick DS on friday so did the shopping - sooooo much junk food in the house now! and I struggle not to eat it!
Better do my burpees now -- did them yesterday -- not sure how many I'm up to, but I think 6 today.
Went to a kids b'day disco yesterday, so hopefully the dancing I did burnt off the pizza and chippies. Have lost my voice today, so we've had a lazy day with me and the kids all a bit sick still.

I have been snacking a little more than I should I have been walking everyday we have got two labradors and take them on seperate walk each day. First few days was a 10 minute walk then on Friday the weather was a little nicer so I changed the route and did 30 mins. I have been playing wii resort quite a bit and the swordplay really gets me moving.

Sounds like everyone is doing pretty well. Haven't done any exercise today but haven't been procrastinating on computer so at least thats something. Think will take kids for a walk when they wake up.
Don't think have been good enough on food really, eating healthy enough food just a bit much of it. Hoping Dh will get on board too talked to him about it last night I don't have any will power when he is eating yummy stuff such as chips watching rugby on Sat.
Apronectomy...(that name is so funny) sign me up too ah well the twins were worth it :)

How is everyone going?
Good loss James!! Well done!
I can be updated too please, am now 82.5kg (yesterday was weigh in day)! Bare in mind my starting weight of 86.4kg was from three weeks ago (as I mentioned on the first page) when I started my fitness and healthy eating. But I would like to keep a running total from when I started if possible please

Hope you feel better soon Jazzy.
The DH is having KFC he conned me into getting it for him, I was strong and did not buy any for me. I've had beef stir-fry and rice for tea. He claims he is going to start eating healthy with me tomorrow... we shall see, heard this one before.
yay you for a loss kiwigal
