Topic: Wellington&Surrounding Suburbs Meet up Posted: 25 September 2011 at 9:46pm |
This can be a weekend thing or a week day thing. Whatever suits.
For parents and parents to be. And even those TTC.
Come and connect with your fellow Wellingtonian and surrounding suburbs OHBABY members.
Whether you are a 1st/2nd and even 5th time parent, you are welcome to come join. And if you are an expectant parent, you too are welcome! And if you're TTC, come hang out with us and you can play with babies/toddlers and cluck over preggy bellies, until it's your turn
You don't need to be specifically in Wellington. Anyone from surrounding suburbs, even Kapiti and Hutt Valley are welcome. It's simply a matter of whether you are happy to travel.
I am totally open to suggestions for venues. And of course, whichever venue we choose for a meet up, it will be child/baby friendly.
Once we have established some members, I can make a FB group for you all to join, those of you who are on FB. And for those of you who are not. I will keep things up-to-date on here.

I'm not too sure what you mean by that.
I created this one to cover all areas. As some of the previous ones I created just covered, Wellington or Northern Suburbs and parents to be and new parents. So I've created the latest one to cover the wider Wellington area and anyone who comes on here, including those TTC. I also created it to cover more days. As many people have expressed interest in meet ups and they are only available on weekends, so I have made this one to take that into consideration.

I just mean there are so many threads, just have one that covers all areas. Ok this one has it in the title but it gets confusing having so many!

I don't come in here much because I get confused plus I liked the old group. But that died so now I can't be bothered!

Yeah, the old thread died. Thus why I made a new one, to cover everywhere and everyone, as I said in an above post.
Having a coffee group thread and a meet up thread is not excessive. Oh well, you just can't please everyone, which is fine by me

Hey Neeks Welcome!
So are you keen to come to the likes of Porirua? Or Tawa?
Just trying to take into consideration that you are in Kapiti.
