If more the merrier I'm In!
Have been procrastinating for the last several weeks....
lost 4 kg early winter but have put it all back on argh...
Didn't realise it was 14 weeks to Christmas what a great motivator james The kick up the backside that I SO desparately needed.
My goal is to get under 70 kg but to lose 10 kg would be awesome.

Count me in - have stalled after loosing 4kg and doing well with walking.
Would like to feel comfortable in shorts and t-shirts plus being able to comfortably wear my jeans would be a huge bonus!! Need to drop 2 dress sizes and 10kg I reckon. would like to be closer to 70kg by christmas.
ETA: 5km a da Peachy! I'm super impressed!

OK, I did pretty well today with some good eating habits - I am a shocker for pigging out on sweet stuff and picking at whatever I can find - muesli bars, biscuits etc.
I am currently 91kg and want to get back to 80kg. I am over 6ft tall.
Need to get walking! Peachy, when do you fit in 5km walks? Do you take the kids or go when DH is home?

Bel, I do it when L is at kindy, its the only chance I get to go. I also go on the weekends with DH and he pushes L in one pushchair and they run the 5kms and I push C in the MB and walk at my own pace. I am thinking of getting a second hand double MB so I can take them both. Would be a good workout pushing both of them!
The bribe to get L in the pushchair is a stop off at the park for a swing and then a quick stop at the dairy for a lollipop

OK I should join in here ... I started working out for a while then have done nothing the last couple of months cos I had a cough that lasted forever and kept getting sick. I've just started logging food on mfp again (but struggle to stay under calories if I don't exercise!).
My goals are:
- Lose 5-6kgs of baby weight I still have
- RUN the 6km funrun I've signed up for in dec (I am NOT a runner!)
Definitely needing some motivation!!!

Count me in!
As of last week I was 74.6 kilos I have a weigh in on Wednesday not too sure how it will go since I didn't track over the weekend and DD turning so back on track as of today. My goal with weight watchers is to get down to 68 but my ultimate goal will be 65 kilos.

Count me in too! I want to lose 10kg by Christmas. Then I told myself I'ld get a spray tan :-) I thought this after seeing those two gorgeous models on Amazong Race last night. Omg if only to look at good in a bikini! Shame my husband was watching also...!
The last two weeks I have been writing down a bunch weekly goal of weekly goals of things to do. The idea is that I just chip away at it throughout the week when I get a chance. Just doing it in my lounge at home with one set of weights.
So it goes like this... Planks 10min. Sit-ups 400. Biceps 200. Shoulder press 200. Triceps 200. Squats 200. Run 40km.
So first week I got to about a third of most... Realized I was quite ambitious!! Thought I'ld leave the goals the same, and hope one week I'll make the goals!!
Oh, and I read online this interesting online challenge. Called 100 burpees. Day 1 you do one burpee, day 2 you do 100 and so on for 100 days. Supposedly you would be quite toned by the end as it equals about 5050 burpees!! I'm not so keen, but if someone else is I might join them :-)
Okay here is good luck to our Christmas goals!!

So is it 1 burpee on day 1 then 2 on day 2, 3 on day 3 etc? If so, I can do that! you said 100 on day 2 - if it jumps up that quickly then maybe not!?

Haha, sorry typo! It was day 1 is 1 burpee, day 2 is two burpees. So you slowly build up.
I did my one today. Man I was unco! It didn't look or feel very good. I think i need practise. I did google it to make sure I did it correctly
DH is going to do it also.
Anyone know how to get abs like that model off Amazing Race Australia on tv tonight? Total ab envy!
