I'm definitely pro extended pair parental leave having said that I kept BFing for 10 months after returning to work but she had forumla during the day because I had trouble expressing

I think the bf and work issue is far too complicated... but I'm for longer paid maternity leave though.

I'm glad they are doing something but I'm not sure if it will really make much of a difference to bfing rates. Its great about the extra paid leave tho.

I think extra paid leave would be a great idea. A lot of women woudl be preassured to return to work once you are no longer paid. Especially at a time when you have more expenses than before.

Ive moved to a house a three minute walk from work so I can continue to bf Isabelle ...  and I agree we need a longer ppl time as Im ONLY going back to work for the money.

When I work (just casual teacher relieving, I've only done 3 days so far!) MIL brings Coop up for a feed. It works out well as I get to have cuddles with him too!!!

I'm all for longer PPL, 14 weeks is no where near long enough.
