What is the one (or more) dish that is inexpensive and easy(ish) and that when you cook it there are guaranteed to be no leftovers or complaints??

Bacon and egg pie- I use short pastry on the bottom, puff on the top -put in chopped bacon and mixed frozen veges, break 3 eggs onto it and use a knife to spread them a bit (none of us like big bits of yoke), then mix another 5(ish) eggs with a dash of milk, salt and pepper, pour this over the bacon/mixed vege, top with grated cheese then the pastry!

Spag Boll

Roast chicken/ potatoes/carrots with brocolli and mixed frozen vege and packet gravy! We use chicken thigh/leg bone in pieces cos they are cheaper than a roast/cook quicker and evenly and are still yum!

Roasted vege cannalloni and Garlic bread

Or homemade pizza

DP loves chicken and schnitzal. He has to make a point of leaving left overs for his lunch otherwise he will eat it all.
