Random observation, but what sort of thermometer are you using Teresa? Your temps seem quite low?

Sh might be a colder person I think. I was noticing that about someone else's chart I was looking at the other day. It is funny, but my "regular" middle of the day temp is 36.5. Anything lower or higher and I feel sick. I found it quite a buzz to see my temp so low and shoot up around ovulation

Emma I've got just an ordinary thermometer, haven't bothered buying a special one because I'm just doing a little bit of charting for interest only. And for that reason I'm temping under the arm, I think that's why the temps are lower. But I still figure I'll get an overall picture (once I've hung in there a bit longer). My temps are a little over the place but that's probably because I haven't yet ovulated since Krystiana was born. Getting cramps though!

Oh we are both on CD 19 Angie I think your cycle is much shorter than mine though!
Sheza, I've put up a post on temping basics just so you can get an idea. It is pretty straigh forward
WRXchick, I am much the same LOL I even forgot to take my folic acid this morning . I think it is just leave a pad and paper on your night stand with your thermometre and take your temp as you hit your snooze button (or pretend your baby isn't crying LOL!).

Hiya Peace, yeah both on CD19 - I'm usually a 28 day cycle girl, can pretty much set the clock to it (apart from two cycles ago where I was 7 days late and all excited, guess my body was just keeping me on my toes! )

Mine's awful, I haven't had a decent 3am to 6am sleep in ages and when that happens I either forget or sometimes just can't be bothered about my temp lol.

Yeah it is looking hopeful but I am trying not to let it get me thinking too much if you know what I mean... even tho' it's looking like an implantation dip I know that doesn't necessarily make me preggers... will still have to wait and see... but it does make me want to test soon tho!

Your chart is humming along too Toni
Busymum, don't worry to much about remembering, you will end up stressing yourself out over it. I am sure that it will kick in and become automatic after awhile, you just need to get the hang of it.
