This is the same recipe my mum and dad used to make when we were kids and I still love it
Plus it is so easy!
BASE
1 C flour 1 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp Cocoa 1 C castor sugar
1 C Coconut (can be left out)
3 Weetbix crushed
175gm
Melt butter and stir into dry ingredients, press into greased swiss roll tin.
TOPPING
1 Tbsp Golden syrup
25gm Butter
1/2 tin Condensed Milk
Melt slowly then pour over base. Bake 20 mins at 180 C Ice with melted chocolate when cold.
