Not sure, I wouldn't take it up if you were pregnant but I don't see why you couldn't carry on if you were. Just take it low impact & don't do any twisting cause your ligaments are soft.
The good thing with zumba is you can adapt it to suit what you feel comfy with. I've recently stopped going though as I can't keep up any more and found I'm getting short of breath .
I did one class when I was about 23 weeks pg...I found it fun but couldnt bounce around as much as you are meant too!! but still got an okay work out...
