Hi there,

Since I have found out I am pregnant I have made my exercise everyday more lower impact by walking the streets of our suburb which includes up and down hills for about 45mins-1 hour... just noticed I am getting a sore lower back. Does anyone get this when they exercise?

How are you keeping yourselves fit and healthy?
