hi all not been on for a while all doing well here, had a great night last night fed at 11 and then didnt wake till 5 this morning so best night so far, had been having just one wake at around 3 ish so hopefully this is of things to carry on, Sorry to hear your not doing well with the pain red dragon it does ease with time and at least you are expressing to feed and havent given in completly hang in there.

Hi all!

My DP found the greatest invention to solve or problems...nipple shields!!

So am back to normal breast feeding YAY!!

We are just loving our girl who also sleeps through with only one feed at 13:30am, so she has last feed at 21:30 then 13:30 and then sleeps til 7am or 8am!!

Sounds like you all are doing really well. BF is so hard to start with but I know it gets easier every day.
