.....heritage beans.

We've just moved into a house with a fantastic garden but there are so many things I don't have the foggiest idea about - like purple beans.

Now that I've picked a decent hand full of them, what do I do with them? Do I just cook 'em up as I would green beans?

I would give it a go, try putting them in a steamer like you would for broad beans.

As soon as your purple beans detect heat it will turn green btw. We cut them up and have it in salads (to keep purple color)
