Green frog smoothie
This recipe is packed with goodies to support a healthy gut and immune system. Kiwifruit is a fantastic ‘gut mover’ and can be useful over winter when kids are spending less time running around outside and more time sitting.
Ingredients
Handful of spinach leaves
2 tablespoons probiotic yoghurt
150mls milk of your choice
1 kiwifruit
1 ripe banana
