If you go back to the beginning of LittleOak, you’ll find something more passionate than any business, far more powerful than a faceless corporation – you’ll find a mum. A mum who  wanted one simple thing: to give her children the best possible start in life. But when she read the ingredients of the products on the shelf, she knew that there must be a more natural way to give them the nutrition they need. So, she set out to create a product that families could wholeheartedly trust – free from synthetic additives and fillers, and made with the goodness of fresh whole goat milk from New Zealand.

Milked and made on home soil

LittleOak's award-winning Toddler Milk is the world’s first to be made from fresh whole goat milk with less-is-more processing. While most brands follow a standard process of heating the milk twice, LittleOak doesn’t. Instead, they start with fresh whole goat milk from their farm near Palmerston North and heat it only once, protecting all the natural goodness and essential vitamins of their goat milk.

The goodness of goat milk

When you have something as beautiful as fresh whole goat milk from New Zealand, the less you do to it the better. Naturally A2 and lower in lactose than cow’s milk, goat milk is easier to digest and gentler on little tummies. Goat milk also has superior bioavailability of key nutrients to cow's milk – namely iron, calcium and magnesium – to truly nourish little ones.

Caring for little ones and the world they will grow into

Instead of using cheaper, mass-produced oils like palm or canola, LittleOak is the first in the world to use cold-pressed flaxseed oil in their products – sourced right here from New Zealand’s South Island. They are also the first toddler milk in the world to be certified 100% palm oil free – better for our little ones, better for the environment. A true win-win.
